Chalet La Rossa Champagny

Distance to ski area Paradiski ~1,5 km. Cosy and spacious Savoy chalet with sauna, fireplace and free WiFi in the top ski resort La Plagne - Paradiski. Being built in a traditional style with natural materials like stone and wood, gives the chalet a very special charm. The chalet has 8 well-equipped bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV.

The heart of the chalet is the large and cosy living room on the 1st floor with sofas and armchairs around the large fireplace. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. A table and a piano are also available. In addition, there is another living room with a flat-screen TV as well as a game collection and a small library. Access to the balcony with garden furniture. The semi-professional kitchen with a hatch into the dining room is very well-equipped and offers plenty of space to feed a large group. In the dining room is a large table for 15 people. On the same floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath/toilet). Separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor there is a total of 5 bedrooms: two double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower/WC). The basement has one double bedroom and one single bedroom, each with its own bathroom (shower/WC). All beds are 2 m long. You can relax in the sauna (for approx. 2 people) or enjoy a game of table tennis or table football.

The chalet has 2 garage parking spaces and approx. 9 parking spaces in front of the chalet. Several electrical outlets are available in the garage for electric cars. In the large garden of the chalet there is garden furniture, a barbecue and a small playground with slide.
Enjoy the sunny south-facing position of the chalet, situated at the entrance of Champagny, with an exceptional view of the Grand Bec and the resort of Courchevel.

The Champagny-La Plagne ski area, the cable car and ski school, as well as the village centre are ~1.5 km away; accessible by car or by free shuttle bus (stop ~300 m). Two private parking spaces near the gondola are reserved for the guests of the chalet.There are lockers for skis and snowboards at the gondola.
In the friendly mountain village of Champagny you will find restaurants, shops, a cheese shop, a cinema, bars, a nightclub and much more.

Ski Info
Chalet Altitude: 1,200 m. Top of the ski slopes 3,250 m with glacier. Champagny is part of the great Paradiski area – composed by La Plagne and Les Arcs – with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts and is connected to the Bellecôte Glacier and Les Arcs via modern express chairlifts. Furthermore, two ski lifts connect the Champagny ski sector to La Plagne-Plagne Centre via the Verdons peak. The ski run back to the resort of Champagny is equipped with snow cannons. Definitely a highlight is the 10 km long ski run from the summit of Roche de Mio back to the village of Champagny, with more than 1.500 m of vertical drop. Deep powder snow runs at the Verdons peak. Children ski lift (free of charge) and ski school area next to the arrival of the Champagny cable car at about 2000 m altitude. There also is the modern Pic-Nic-Chalet with sun terrace. Courchevel, the most famous resort of the Three Vallées is just about approx. 15 min by car from Champagny.

Summer Info
The chalet has a large garden with garden furniture, a parasol, deck chairs, a BBQ and a small playground with a slide.
There is a wide range of sports activities to experience during the summer in Champagny including cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf as well as horse riding or fishing. In high summer your children will enjoy a visit to the adventure course and the public swimming pool (only approx. 400 m away from the chalet). Highlight of your holiday will be the Vanoise National Park with nearly 500 km marked hiking trails. Different walks with alpine flora and fauna are offered.
