Alto Adige | Italy & Tyrol | Austria
Altitude 1.460 m - 2.850 m
Above the villages of Reschen and St. Valentin is the ski area Schöneben / Haideralm. There are 65 km of perfectly connected ski slopes where you can ski on all levels. There are 10 ski lifts, including some modern and high-capacity cable cars. Really unique is the view of the Reschensee/Lake Reschen. Through a ski pass network, the area is connected with the neighbouring Nauders (Austria) as well as Sulden/Ortler, Watles and Trafoi and build the 2-Countries-Ski-Arena. There are 211 kilometers of pistes to choose from. High above Sulden, the Madritsch area allowes skiing usually from late November to early May. The charming cross-country skiing center of the region lies in the secluded Langtauferer Tal, near the sunken church tower of Graun.
