Isère | Dauphiné | France
Altitude 1.120 - 3.330 m
The Pic Blanc , whose highest point is at 3330 meters above sea level, on Grandes Rousses massif, gives a great panoramic sight, ranked 3 stars in Michelin guide.
The high altitude is a warranty for a snowy 10000 ha domain , it's to say 238 km of slopes on a 2230 m drop level, and 800 hectare skiable zone . 785 snow cannons allow you to come back to Alpe d'Huez and village resorts on skis.
The domain geography, defined by a smooth drop level down, good for soft learning of sliding on green slopes, or on beginner area.
The black slopes, which are reachable from Pic Blanc and from Marmotte III cable-car , will give you strong emotions, more technical approach and allow a greatest discovery of entire skiable domain: At the start of Sarenne slopes, longest of the world - 16km, "La Fare", and "Château Noir" , you can ski during 1h30 without taking any ski-lift.
