Distance to ski area La Plagne - Paradiski ~750 m. New comfortable chalet with Scandinavian stove and free WiFi. Also, this chalet has a brand new spa area with infrared sauna, cold bath and bucket shower.
Level 1: From the cosy living and dining room you have access to the large, south-facing terrace with stunning views of the Vanoise Mountains. The modern open kitchen is very well-equipped. On this floor, there also is a separate toilet.
The bedrooms are located on level 2: one with a king-size double bed, one with a double bed and one with two single bed. These three bedrooms dispose of an en-suite shower and wash basin. In addition, there is a small walk-through room with a bunk bed. Extra toilet.
On the basic level is the spa area and a second living room with Smart-TV and Netflix (free). Furthermore, the garage for 2 cars with electric door opening and a room with the washing machine. This is a semi-detached chalet; on the photos on the left side.

Wonderful location in Champagny in the upper part of the village. Swimming pool and baroque church about 650 m. To the Express cable car and the ski slopes ~650 m on foot or 1.1 km by car. To the village centre where you find several shops, ski rental, restaurants, small supermarket, après-ski pubs, cinema (French or English), cheese outlet, child care ~1.1 km.

Valid for arrivals until end of NOV 2023: Additional costs 19 € per person/week for electricity + heating + firewood, bed linen to be brought by guest or available for 17 € per person (reservation required), towels to be brought by guest or available for 7 € per set (reservation required), final cleaning included in the price, pets not allowed.

Ski Info
Chalet altitude: 1,250 m. Top of the ski slopes 3,250 m with glacier. Champagny is part of the great Paradiski area - composed by La Plagne and Les Arcs - with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts and is connected to the Bellecôte Glacier and Les Arcs via modern express chairlifts. Furthermore, two ski lifts connect the Champagny ski sector to La Plagne - Plagne Centre via the Verdons peak. The ski run back to the resort of Champagny is equipped with snow cannons. Definitely a highlight is the 10 km long ski run from the summit of Roche de Mio back to the village of Champagny, with more than 1.500 m of vertical drop. Deep powder snow runs at the Verdons peak and Bellecôte glacier. Children ski lift (free of charge) and ski school area next to the Champagny cable car at about 2000 m altitude. There also is the modern Pic-Nic-chalet with sun terrace.

Summer Info
The public open air & covered pool is located about 650 m from the chalet. There is a wide range of sports activities to experience during the summer in Champagny including cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf as well as horse riding or fishing. In high summer your children will enjoy a visit to the adventure course. In Champagny there are exhibitions, as well as jazz concerts at the baroque cathedral St. Sigismond. Highlight of your vacation will be the Vanoise National Park with nearly 500 km marked hiking trails. Different walks with alpine flora and fauna are offered.
In summer there are also a barbecue, sun beds and a covered al fresco dining area with table and chairs. Reduced charges of EUR 13,- per person.
