Distance to ski area Paradiski ~300m. Comfortable chalet with free WiFi. From the cozy living / dining room you have access to the large, south-facing terrace with stunning views of the Vanoise Mountains. The modern open kitchen is very well furnished. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. In the basement - access via external staircase - is the ski room and a storage room with the washing machine. Wonderful location in Champagny, near swimming pool and baroque church. To Express Cabin Track & Slope ~ 300 m walk. To the village center (shops, restaurants, après ski pubs, child care) ~ 200 m. The pizzeria on the village square offers free Wi-Fi. To the indoor / outdoor pool (swimming pool with sunroof) ~ 50 m. An exclusive holiday quality: skiing in the top ski resort - living in the cozy, traditional mountain village, with a high quality of life. The chalet can be booked with 2 additional people (on request).

Ski Info
Chalet altitude: 1,200 m. Top of the ski slopes 3,250 m with glacier. Champagny is part of the great Paradiski area - composed by La Plagne and Les Arcs - with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts and is connected to the Bellecôte Glacier and Les Arcs via modern express chairlifts. Furthermore, two ski lifts connect the Champagny ski sector to La Plagne - Plagne Centre via the Verdons peak. The ski run back to the resort of Champagny is equipped with snow cannons. Definitely a highlight is the 10 km long ski run from the summit of Roche de Mio back to the village of Champagny, with more than 1.500 m of vertical drop. Deep powder snow runs at the Verdons peak and Bellecôte glacier. Children ski lift (free of charge) and ski school area next to the Champagny cable car at about 2000 m altitude. There also is the modern 'Pic-Nic-Chalet' with sun terrace.

Summer Info
The open air pool is only located ~50 m from the chalet. There is a wide range of sports activities to experience during the summer in Champagny including cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf as well as horse riding or fishing. In high summer your children will enjoy a visit to the adventure course. In Champagny there are exhibitions, as well as jazz concerts at the baroque cathedral St. Sigismond. Highlight of your vacation will be the Vanoise National Park with nearly 500 km marked hiking trails. Different walks with alpine flora and fauna are offered.
Reduced additional costs in summer: 7 € per person/week for electricity + heating.
