Chalet Grand Arbet

Distance to ski area Paradiski ~800 m. Chalet Grand Arbet is a comfortable chalet with sauna, open fireplace and free WiFi. The chalet is located on the top of the resort, with an impressive view over the Vanoise mountains and Courchevel. Ski bus stop ~50 m (free of charge). The center of Champagny with its restaurants, bars, cafes, discotheque, supermarket is just a 5 to 10 minutes walk from your holiday home (or about 950 m by car). On the lower floor of Chalet Grand Arbet you find open-plan living and dining area with a modern open kitchen (~40 m²). It is equipped with a hot stone, raclette and fondue sets, and an ice cube maker. Further, there is the wellness area with sauna, anteroom, shower and toilet, as well as the après ski room and Sat TV. The chalet is divided in four living areas: three with 2 bedrooms and one area with three and a half (3 bedrooms plus mezzanine). Access to the large dining room and the wellness area by the terrace (steps; south side, garden furniture, barbecue). Very cosy chamber with chimney and sofa on the first floor. A part of the left side of the chalet is not available for the tenants.

Ski Information
Chalet Altitude: 1,250 m. Top of the ski slopes 3,250 m with glacier. Champagny is part of the great Paradiski area - composed by La Plagne and Les Arcs - with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts and is connected to the Bellecôte Glacier and Les Arcs via modern express chairlifts. Furthermore, two ski lifts connect the Champagny ski sector to La Plagne-Plagne Centre via the Verdons peak. The ski run back to the resort of Champagny is equipped with snow cannons. Definitely a highlight is the 10 km long ski run from the summit of Roche de Mio back to the village of Champagny, with more than 1.500 m of vertical drop. Deep powder snow runs at the Verdons peak. Children ski lift (free of charge) and ski school area next to the arrival of the Champagny cable car at about 2000 m altitude. There also is the modern Pic-Nic-Chalet with sun terrace. New highlight: The Paradiski skipass valid for more than five days includes one day in the Three Valleys ski area (within the validity period, conditions apply); Courchevel, most famous resort of the Three Vallées is just about approx. 15 min by car from Champagny.

Summer Activities
There is a wide range of sports activities to experience during the summer in Champagny including cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf as well as horse riding or fishing. In high summer your children will enjoy a visit to the adventure course and the open air pool. Highlight of your vacation will be the Vanoise National Park with nearly 500 km marked hiking trails. Different walks with alpine flora and fauna are offered.
In summer guests may use the small garden with garden furniture, outdoor barbecue, sandpit and swing. Also reduced additional costs EUR 15 per person/week and final cleaning 15 EUR per person/week.
