Ski Info
Chalet altitude ~1090 m; top of the ski area 3.842 m – Aiguille du Midi; 152 km ski slopes, 47 ski lifts. The area Brévent/Flégère (Chamonix) is part of the ski area Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, which consists of 9 ski resorts. Green piste Savoy at ~50 m / cable car Plan Praz-Brévent at ~100 m. Return to the chalet via the black and green piste or the cable car. Good connections between the ski resorts by bus or train. Over 50 kilometres of prepared cross-country skiing trails available. Ski school in ~650 m. The "Vallee Blanche" is a world-famous, breathtaking ski run through a landscape of glaciers (2800 meter of vertical drop, length 20 km; but not marked and a guide is essential). Lifts are open from approx. end of November until first week of May in the valley's highest ski area of Argentière - Grands Montets. There are spectacular freeride routes but also comfortable ski slopes for the whole family, e.g. in Les Houches or Le Tour.
