Luxurious design chalet with sauna, fireplace, 2 wood-burning stoves and free WiFi in the heart of Argentiere. This chalet extends over three floors and has a very special flair.
The sauna area with shower + separate WC as well as the laundry room and the ski room are located on the lower floor. The ground floor is the centre of the chalet, with the open-plan living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The fully glazed façade allows a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Access to the large garden with garden furniture. On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower, bath, washbasin). There is also a bedroom for the children (2 bunk beds, each 80 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin). 2 separate WCs and a TV room with wood-burning stove are also on this floor.
The remaining bedrooms are on the 1st floor:Two bedrooms with double bed (each 160 x 200 cm) and two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm, can be pushed together). Three of these bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. There are also an open reading area with a fireplace (mezzanine above the living room) and 2 separate WCs located on this floor.

Chalet altitude ~1250 m; top of the lifts 3.842 m – Aiguille du Midi; 152 km ski slopes, 47 ski lifts. The ski area Grands Montets - Argentière (Chamonix) - with most of the pistes at over 2,000 metres - is part of the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc ski area, which consists of 9 ski resorts. The modern 10-seater Plan Joran gondola lift is located around 2 km away. Good connections between the ski resorts by bus or train. Distance to the bus stop and railway station approx. 300 metres. Over 50 kilometres of prepared cross-country skiing trails available. The "Vallee Blanche" is a world-famous, breathtaking ski run through a landscape of glaciers (2800 meter of vertical drop, length 20 km; but not marked and a guide is essential). Lifts are open from approx. end of November until first week of May in the valley's highest ski area of Argentière - Grands Montets. There are spectacular freeride routes but also comfortable ski slopes for the whole family, e.g. in Les Houches or Le Tour.
