Distance to ski area Chamonix Mont-Blanc ~2.9 km. Occupancy max. 6 adults and 2 children under 12 yrs.

Comfortable, completely renovated chalet with sauna and free WiFi on 3 floors. The groundfloor offers a relaxation area with sauna and shower as well as seating and TV.
On the 1st floor you will find the spacious living room with dining area and well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Access to the terrace and garden (garden furniture). There is also a bathroom (shower + WC) on this floor.
On the 2nd floor are all the bedrooms located: 1 bedroom with double bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom (bath + washbasin). 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower + washbasin) and a family room consisting of 1 double bed and a bunk bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom (bath + washbasin). There is also 1 separate WC on this floor.
Distance to the center of Chamonix ~2.2 km. Slightly elevated location with steep access road (snow equipment for the car required).

Ski Info
Chalet altitude ~1100 m; top of the ski area 3.842 m – Aiguille du Midi; 152 km ski slopes, 47 ski lifts. The area Brévent/Flégère (Chamonix) is part of the ski area Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, which consists of 9 ski resorts. Good connections between the ski resorts by bus or train. Over 50 kilometres of prepared cross-country skiing trails available. Ski school in ~ 3 km. The "Vallee Blanche" is a world-famous, breathtaking ski run through a landscape of glaciers (2800 meter of vertical drop, length 20 km; but not marked and a guide is essential). Lifts are open from approx. end of November until first week of May in the valley's highest ski area of Argentière - Grands Montets. There are spectacular freeride routes but also comfortable ski slopes for the whole family, e.g. in Les Houches or Le Tour.
