The ground floor features 4 bedrooms, each with access to the garden. There are 2 rooms with 2 single beds each and a room with 2 single beds which can be pushed together. Bathroom with shower. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a private stove and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. After an eventful day of skiing, treat yourself to a soothing session in the sauna. Separate WC.
The cosy and light-flooded living and dining area with its large fireplace, TV and sound system welcomes you on the 1st floor. The seating area with sofa and armchairs invites you to relax. Access to the south-facing balcony. The table in the dining area can accommodate 12 people. Well-equipped kitchen. Separate WC on the floor.
The 2nd floor has another living area on the mezzanine with an office area, 2 seats/beds 1 pers. and access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), dressing room and bathroom with bathtub/WC.
Free parking spaces are available in front of the chalet. There is storage space for skis and a ski boot dryer in the entrance area.

The chalet is situated in a quiet and sunny location in the village district of ‘Les Perrières’; with south-facing terrace and garden. The Champagny-La Plagne ski area, the cable car and the ESF ski school are ~ 800 m away. Ski shuttle in winter, bus stop in ~20 m.

The village centre with shops, restaurants, bars, grocery shop, cheese dairy and bakery is ~800 m away. You can also relax in the heated, covered public swimming pool with spa and massage treatments (~750 m).

Ski Info
Chalet Altitude: 1,220 m. Top of the ski slopes 3,250 m with glacier. Champagny is part of the enormous Paradiski area (La Plagne and Les Arcs) with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts and is connected to the Bellecôte Glacier and Les Arcs through modern express-chairlifts. Furthermore, two ski lifts connect the ski area with La Plagne (Plagne centre) via the Verdons peak. The ski run to the valley is artificially snowed. Definitely a highlight is the 10 km long ski run from the Roche de Mio summit to the village with more than 1,500 m of vertical drop. Various freeride runs at the Verdons peak (on your own risk). Children ski lift (free of charge) and ski school area at the arrival of the cable car (2,000 m above sea level). Next to the mountain station is the modern Pic-Nic-Chalet with sun terrace.
