Beautiful hillside location with south and west orientation; there are large balconies/terraces on each floor (100 m² in total).
Level 0: Entrance hall and ski room with ski racks, boot and glove dryers, storage cupboards; laundry room. Double room with TV, desk and bathroom with bathtub, shower and sep. WC. There is also a double room with TV and bathroom with shower and sep. WC. Both have access to the balcony-terrace.
Level +1: The large, light-flooded living and dining area with characterful roof beams and panoramic windows is located on the upper floor/under the roof. Access to the balcony-terrace. Enjoy marvellous panoramic views of the ski area and the mountains, the glacier of the Dôme de la Sache or Mont-Pourri. The 360-degree fireplace creates a cosy chalet atmosphere and the cosy sofas and armchairs invite you to relax. A small staircase leads to the dining area. The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped; wine fridge available. The table seats 13 people comfortably. There is also an upright piano.
Level -1: There are 2 bedrooms: one room with a double bed, bathroom with shower and WC and one room with a double bed, bathroom with shower and sep. WC. Both have their own TV and access to the balcony-terrace, where you will find the outdoor jacuzzi. For your entertainment, there is a cinema room on this floor with a large cinema screen, set of armchairs, sound bar, table football.
Level -2: Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC. In addition, there is a "kids' room" with double bed (140 x 190 cm) and bunk bed (90 x 190 cm), bathroom with shower; play alcove. A separate WC is located on the floor.
You can relax in the private indoor pool (18 m²) with counter-current system after an exciting day. Access to the terrace with sauna cabin.
Each double room has a king-size bed 160 x 200 cm.
Room service 1x per week included: Change of bed linen/towels, intermediate cleaning.
Private transport service on request to Tignes and Val d'Isère.
On request, the following services can be provided (by external partners): catering service, private chef, regular cleaning.
Access to the ski area via the Brevières lift (private elevator), about 10 m away, which takes you to the 8-seater cable car and the free ski lift for beginners (or you can ski down off-piste instead of the lift; no marked or groomed piste; at your own risk). The cable car provides the link to Tignes-Le Lac and to the entire ski area of Tignes-Val'Isère.
The centre of Tignes-Les Brevières is about 600 m away (or ~150 m from the bottom station of the Brevières lift), a village full of charm, with its narrow streets and its baroque church. There are several shops, a supermarket, ski shops/rental and a choice of restaurants and bars.

Chalet altitude ~1,650 m, altitude ski area up to 3,500 m at the Grande Motte glacier; 300 km of alpine slopes, 96 ski lifts. From Tignes-Les Brevières you start via the 8-seater cable car "Les Brevières" to discover the entire area. On spot, you also find the free ski lift "Pitots" for beginners, free of charge. A highlight in this sector is the great ski run of Vallon de la Sache – one of the most spectacular slopes in the Espace Killy. The skipass Tignes-Val d'Isère includes the indoor pool Center Lagon at Tignes Le Lac (not valid for flexpass).
