The well-equipped apartment features a tasteful, alpine interior as well as lovely details. The typical chalet building from wood and stone creates a wonderful feel-good atmosphere.

The spacious and bright living and dining area with fireplace invites you to spend cosy evenings together. In the living area you will find the large sofa, armchairs and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Up to 10 people can comfortably seat on the dining table. Access to the balcony.
There are five bedrooms in total: three bedrooms with 2 single beds each and en-suite bathroom; two rooms have access to the balcony. Furthermore, there is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, which share the bathroom in the twin bedroom. Separate WC on the floor.
After a successful day of skiing, you can relax in the private outdoor sauna.

The house comprises two apartments: "Gypaète 2" is located on the 2nd floor, the neighbouring apartment "Gypaète 1" for 14 people is on the lower part of the house. The entrance area is shared with this apartment, as well as the ski room with ski lockers and boot dryer.

The centre of Tignes Le Lac is about 300 m away. There are several shops, supermarkets, ski shops, ski schools and a variety of restaurants and bars.

Chalet altitude 2,100 m, altitude ski area up to 3,500 m with the Grande Motte glacier; one of the highest ski areas in Europe; 300 km of pistes, 79 lifts. The blue slope "Petit Col" passes about 80 m from the chalet. The Chaudannes and Pâquis chairlifts are 100 m away. A bonus of the area is its vastness, the high alpine location and the great freeride possibilities for skiers and snowboarders. Numerous opportunities to go on romantic snowshoe hikes. The skipass Tignes-Val d'Isère includes the indoor pool Center Lagon at Tignes Le Lac (not valid for flexpass).
