Distance to ski area 3 Vallées ~200m. Unique "urban villa" in the old centre of Saint Martin with high ceilings and parquet floorings in the corridors and bedrooms. The house was completely rebuilt in summer 2005. Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. On the ground floor there is a professional kitchen, living-room with wood panelling on the wall and separate dining-room, as well as a bedroom with bathroom. All further rooms and baths are situated on the two upper floors. A privat sauna (included) with a small relaxation room in the basement of the house invites you to relax after a long skiing day (entrance from the outside).
