Chalet Gran Koute

Distance to ski area 3 Vallées ~1500 m. This unique comfortable chalet is stylishly decorated, partially with natural wood walls and ceilings, it is a perfect chalet for groups.

Composed of 9 bedrooms, 11 showers, 9 toilets, a comfortable living room with a large sofa grouping in front of the open fireplace, a dining room for up to 26 persons and a group kitchen open to the living room. The fitness area with sauna, 2 additional showers and a relaxation room is situated in the basement. The rooms are spread over 4 floors plus the top floor under the roof, so that everyone has the possibility to withdraw and maintain their privacy in their room with bathroom “en suite”.

This free-standing chalet has a wonderful view on the opposite mountain massif, the glacier of Val Thorens and the valley of Belleville and its small mountain villages thanks to its large panorama windows of the living room, the fitness-area and some bedrooms. The nearest ski-lift is about 1500 m away. Good skiers can ski down an “off-piste” at the end of which the chalet is located (no marked or prepared ski run; use at own risk), and everyone can then end the day in the fitness area and later on in front of the fire place in the livingroom.  
The maximum number of persons allowed is 26, although the sleeping capacity is higher.
