Distance to ski area 3 Vallées ~25 m. Apartment house with 6 flats at a favourable location in Preyerand, right below the centre of Les Ménuires, at about 25 m from the blue slopes. Via these slopes you ski to the Tortollet chair lift, that takes you in just a few minutes to Les Ménuires centre, from where the ski lifts to Col de la Chambre and 3 Marches start. You can also ski to the Pointe de la Masse cable car, that takes you to Point de la Masse, where you will find gorgeous slopes. The Preyerand lift is located just across Chalet Emma and will get you to the centre of Les Ménuires, where you have a wide selection of restaurants and bars for a great après-ski. Next shops and restaurant about 200-400 m, ski bus free of charge.
The apartments are comfortably furnished and have free WiFi and balconies. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. At the Chalet, there are free car parking spaces. In the entrance area there is a boot dryer; for skis and snowboards there is a separate ski locker by the front door.

Chalet altitude ~1.800 m; top of the ski slopes 3.230 m with glaciers; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts. Skiing from approx. end of November until beginning of May (area Val Thorens, distance approx. 10 min by car) possible. There are several ski schools in Les Ménuires.
