Distance to ski area 3 Vallées ~100 m. As one of the few accommodations intended for more than 25 persons, the chalet Brequin with its living space of 370m² is classed among the most popular group chalets in the 3 Vallees and is usually booked out very early.
The large, comfortable chalet's numerous advantages are owed to the fact that regular customers choose the chalet Brequin time and time again. The house's occupants can, as it were, enjoy the location in the district Lavassaix directly below Les Menuires twice as much. On the one hand they can enjoy the idyllic tranquility and special atmosphere of a typical Savoyard mountain village.
On the other hand the complete infrastructure of a modern skistation with lifts, shops, restaurants, bars and lots more is also available to the occupants in Les Menuires. Tenants can choose from a wide range of possibilities to get there. It is no more than 1.5km by car, you can reach the Les Menuires on foot in roughly 10-15 minutes and there is also a chairlift and a piste which runs past to Lavassaix.
An additional perk in the chalet Brequin is the supply of 13 virtually identical bedrooms, which all come with en-suite. 3 double rooms lie on the house's ground floor, where the sauna with relaxation area and massage shower, the ski-closet with ski-boot dryers and the garage are also located. 2 further double rooms are situated on the 1st floor, which is reserved especially for the extensive living area. This includes a large lounge area with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system with a CD player plus a large dining table with a modern open-plan kitchen and connecting terrace. All further bedrooms and bathrooms are finally located on the 2nd floor of the house, which also has a large balcony to offer.
As additional services - complimentary firewood, free wifi throughout the whole house plus 10 additional parking spaces beside the house are available to the occupants. Fresh bread can also be pre-ordered and then directly delivered to the house, if desired.
Ski info Chalet altitude ~1.750 m; top of the ski slopes 3.230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; the slope leading down to the new chair lift of Bettaix passes the chalet (~100 m) and is prepared with snow guns. This fast 4-seater-chairlift takes you straight into the heart of the largest linked ski domain in the world. From its top, you can ski down to Les Menuires Centre on an easy slope to he meeting points of several ski schools. Thanks to this ski link, Le Bettaix is the perfect place to discover the slopes of Meribel, Courchevel and Val Thorens, too. Several ski lifts at 3,000 m, like at the glacier Peclet-Polset or the famous Cime de Caron. Ski season from approx. end of November until early may - in the sector of Val Thorens, just about 10 min by car.

Nice stay in this beautiful chalet where everything went very well. A small lack of equipment, especially in the kitchen where there is no mixer, measuring glass or kitchen towels for example. Also, there was no toilet paper on arrival. One roll per room would not be refused. It's still a bit of a quibble, I admit. translated from French

Location
Chalet well located, at the foot of the Bettaix chairlift, comfortable and warm, heated ski room much appreciated, just one improvement to make: install a washing machine and improve the decoration in a mountain style, as well as that of the sauna relaxation area, it should be more cosy.
As far as the equipment is concerned, raclette sets are missing, otherwise everything was perfect.
We appreciated the welcome and kindness of the host.
