You benefit from the ideal ski-in ski-out location: the blue "Petit Col" run passes about 80 m from the chalet. Tignes Le Lac is ideally connected with the entire Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area.

The well-equipped chalet-apartment is located on two floors and features a tasteful, alpine interior as well as lovely details. The typical chalet building from wood and stone creates a wonderful feel-good atmosphere.
On the first floor is the welcoming living and dining area. You can relax in the sofa area with TV, sofa and armchairs in front of the fireplace and enjoy the warm and cosy atmosphere. Access to the large balcony terrace with jacuzzi and garden furnishings. The semi-professionally equipped kitchen invites you to convivial cooking evenings. The dining tables comfortably seat 14 people. Separate toilet. On the same floor you will find two twin bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is also a twin room with access to the balcony and en-suite bathroom. Another room has 2 single beds and a bunk bed with en-suite bathroom.
The ground floor disposes of two further bedrooms, each with two single beds and private bathroom.

The house comprises two apartments: "Gypaète 1" is located on the first and ground floor, the neighbouring apartment "Gypaète 2" for 10 people is on the upper part of the house. The entrance area is shared with this apartment, as well as the ski room with ski lockers and boot dryer.

The centre of Tignes Le Lac is about 300 m away. There are several shops, supermarkets, ski shops, ski schools and a variety of restaurants and bars.

Chalet altitude 2,100 m, altitude ski area up to 3,500 m with the Grande Motte glacier; one of the highest ski areas in Europe; 300 km of pistes, 79 lifts. The blue piste "Petit Col" passes about 80 m from the chalet. The Chaudannes and Pâquis chairlifts are 100 m away. A bonus of the area is its vastness, the high alpine location and the great freeride possibilities for skiers and snowboarders. Numerous opportunities to go on romantic snowshoe hikes. The skipass Tignes-Val d'Isère includes the indoor pool Center Lagon at Tignes Le Lac (not valid for flexpass).
