Description

Distance to ski area Chamonix Mont-Blanc ~750 m. Cosy little chalet with wood-burning stove and free WiFi in the Les Praz/Les Bois district. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom (washbasin/shower/WC). The mezzanine (with double bed 140 x 190 cm and single bed 80 x 190 cm) can be reached from the living area. The Flégère cable car is approx. 750 m away, distance to the centre of Chamonix is approx. 3.5 km.

Ski Info
Chalet altitude ~1070 m; top of the ski area 3.842 m – Aiguille du Midi; 152 km ski slopes, 47 ski lifts. The area Brévent/Flégère (Chamonix) is part of the ski area Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, which consists of 9 ski resorts. Good connections between the ski resorts by bus or train. Over 50 kilometres of prepared cross-country skiing trails available. The "Vallee Blanche" is a world-famous, breathtaking ski run through a landscape of glaciers (2800 meter of vertical drop, length 20 km; but not marked and a guide is essential). Lifts are open from approx. end of November until first week of May in the valley's highest ski area of Argentière - Grands Montets. There are spectacular freeride routes but also comfortable ski slopes for the whole family, e.g. in Les Houches or Le Tour.
