Distance to ski area Paradiski ~80 m. Very comfortable chalet at only 80 m from the 1800 chairlift, with a lift, outdoor sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and hanging fireplace (pellets). Exceptional view on the Mont Blanc and the resort. This chalet is part of the Cocoon chalets, a group of 4 chalets. It has 7 spacious, bright bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The chalet has a large dining room and a cosy lounge around the fireplace.

Ground floor: On this level, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and each with its own bathroom (one of which is open towards the bedroom) with bathtub and WC. One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and its own shower room and WC. Also there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 x 200cm) that can be pushed together, each with its own bathroom with bathtub and WC. Finally, this level includes a well-equipped laundry room with tumble dryer, washing machine and iron, as well as a dedicated space for private luggage.
On the 1st floor you will find the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, with a bar and beer taps (kegs on sale at reception). The dining area, with its large table that comfortably seats all guests, is perfect for large family gatherings or dinners with friends. Lounge area with cozy sofas to relax and watch a film on the flat-screen TV. The warm atmosphere is further enhanced by the presence of a suspended fireplace running on wood pellets, creating a cosy, convivial atmosphere.
On the same floor, there is a family bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200cm) and 2 single beds (90 x 200cm) on the mezzanine, with its own shower room and 2 private WCs. A second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, adapted for people with reduced mobility) and en suite shower room and WC. Both rooms have access to a terrace with garden furniture and a jacuzzi, offering a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc.

Well-being: After a sportive day in the mountains, you can relax in the jacuzzi and sauna, both of which are located outside the accommodation.

This unique chalet is close to the shops of the Plagne 1800 resort, with its restaurants, supermarket and ATM, as well as a sports centre with squash, around 200 m away. Take full advantage of the chalet's privileged location, close to the high-altitude ski area and the resort's services and shops - there's no need to travel by car. ESF ski school nearby. Make yourself at home in this chalet, with its friendly, mountain feel, and spend some quality time with your family or friends.

This chalet sleeps 16, but 3 children can be added to this number by adding an extra 80 x 190 bed in 3 of the bedrooms.

Chalet altitude: 1,800 m, top of the ski area at 3,250 m. Two glaciers are part of the area, the Aiguille Rouge in Les Arcs and the Bellecôte glacier in the La Plagne area. Perfect location to discover the La Plagne area: the 4-seater "1800" chairlift leaves from the chalet at 80 m. The ESF is close to the chalet. There are pistes for all levels to return to Plagne 1800. From Plagne 1800, you have access to the whole of the fantastic Paradiski ski area -composed of La Plagne and Les Arcs- with 425 km of runs and 140 lifts.
