Chalet Coeur Petit Châtel

Distance to ski area Portes du Soleil ~800 m. Modern, high-quality and comfortable chalet with outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, open fireplace and free WiFi, situated in the Portes du Soleil ski area, near Lake Geneva on the French-Swiss border. This detached and spacious chalet is finished in wood and furnished with high-quality furniture, offering attractive ‘extras’ such as a home cinema and a table tennis table.

On the ground floor, you will find the spa area with sauna and shower.
The open-plan living and dining area on the 1st floor, with cosy seating area by the fireplace, is ideal for relaxing evenings. Well-equipped, open-plan kitchen. The dining area seats 15 people. From the living room, you have access to the large outdoor terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. The outdoor jacuzzi is ideal for unwinding after a great sports day. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor. Separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor, the remaining 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located, as well as a further TV corner (for children). Separate toilet.
All beds are 2 m long.

Private parking for up to 5 cars and 2 garages, each for 1 car, are available.
Possibility of charging an electric vehicle on standard power outlet (for a fee, reservation required).
Please note: Access road to the chalet with slight steepness (about 150 m); winter tyres or snow chains are required in winter.

A superb panoramic location above the popular holiday resort of Châtel. The “Petit Châtel” 4-seater express chairlift provides access to the “Portes du Soleil” ski area (~800 m). It is ~1.3 km to the bustling village centre of Châtel. There you’ll find numerous shops and boutiques, traditional Savoyard restaurants, trendy après-ski bars, an ice rink on Lac des Vonnes, a new water park (wellness area with sauna, solarium and gym), and horse-drawn carriage rides. ESF ski school with childcare approx. 2.6 km away.

650 km of slopes, 211 ski-lifts. Altitude of the Chalet 1,050 m. Swiss-French ski arena Les Portes du Soleil – altitude up to 2,400 m – with attractive and varied slopes for beginners and connoisseurs as well as experts. A new feature is the uninterrupted ski connection between the two sides of the valley, Super-Châtel and Linga, with connections to the neighbouring resorts and the various ski circuits: a perfect ski area. Wonderful powder snow routes, e.g. to Grand Paradis (ski instructor/mountain guide recommended; at your own risk). Wide, family-friendly slopes around Les Lindarets. Snowboarders enjoy the Smooth Park, Boardercross or the FFS-Halfpipe. In Châtel are a lot of other options for winter activities: e.g., snowshoe trails, ice diving and ice skating. 

Summer Info
The chalet has a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor gas barbecue. Private boules court.
