The apartment is located in Tignes-Les Brévières, in a beautiful panoramic position above the charming mountain village. Access to the ski area via the Brevières lift (private elevator), about 100 m away, which takes you to the 8-seater cable car and the free ski lift for beginners (or you can ski down off-piste instead of the lift; no marked or groomed piste; at your own risk). The cable car provides the link to Tignes-Le Lac and to the entire ski area of Tignes-Val'Isère.

The heart of the apartment is the light and friendly lounge/dining room on the ground floor. You can relax on the comfortable sofas after a great day of skiing; TV available. The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped. There is seating at the kitchen counter and at the dining table (9 chairs). Access to the large terrace (44 m², south/south-west facing) with jacuzzi and bench. You will find two bedrooms on this floor (each with 2 twin beds, no windows) both with en-suite bathrooms and TV. From the sofa area, a staircase leads to the first floor.
The first floor has a twin bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and TV. In addition, there is another twin bedroom with TV and a single room. Furthermore, one bathroom and a separate toilet are located on this floor.
All beds measure 80 x 190 cm. 

The centre of Tignes-Les Brevières is about 700 m away (or ~150 m from the bottom station of the Brevières lift), a village full of charm, with its narrow streets and its baroque church. There are several shops, a supermarket, ski shops/rental and a choice of restaurants and bars.

Chalet altitude ~1,650 m, altitude ski area up to 3,500 m at the Grande Motte glacier; 300 km of alpine slopes, 96 ski lifts. From Tignes-Les Brevières you start via the 8-seater cable car "Les Brevières" to discover the entire area. On the spot, you also find the free ski lift "Pitots" for beginners, free of charge. A highlight in this sector is the great ski run of Vallon de la Sache – one of the most spectacular slopes in the Espace Killy. The skipass Tignes-Val d'Isère includes the indoor pool Center Lagon at Tignes Le Lac (not valid for flexpass).
