Distance to ski area Reschen / Resia (I) - Nauders (AUT) ~50 m. New luxury Ski–In/Ski–Out Chalet in a quiet position with sauna and free WiFi. Perfect location right next to the St. Valentin - Schöneben ski area; the new gondola lift starts about 50 metres from the chalet. In the South Tyrol (Italy) – Austria – Switzerland border region, you can also explore other ski and mountain resorts, such as Nauders, Sulden or Samnaun.

This unique chalet impresses with high-end equipment and an alpine character. It has four bedrooms, each equipped with its own smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.

On the second floor of the chalet, you will find the living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that comfortably seats 10 people. The wine fridge offers a selection of fine bottles (for a fee). The cosy living room with a flat-screen TV is the perfect place to relax. Access to the south-facing balcony terrace. On this floor, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a 4-person bedroom. Unwind in the spacious wellness oasis with a sauna, which can be used as either a Finnish sauna or a bio-sauna. After your sauna session, the cold basin provides refreshment, whilst the relaxation loungers offer a magnificent view of the Vinschgau mountains. Bathrobes, a selection of sauna scents and high-quality toiletries are available for free.
The entrance to the chalet is on the first floor; on the ground floor is the ski room, as well as a separate apartment (separate entrance).

Available on request: a separate apartment for 2–5 people (~55 m²) on the ground floor. It features a bedroom with a double bed and TV, a bathroom with shower/toilet and an infrared sauna, as well as a living/dining area with a kitchen, dining table and sofa bed. 1 private parking space. Price on request.

On request, a catering service is offered (by external partners, no services of Alpenchalets).

Distance to the village centre approx. 200 m. The village offers supermarket, bakery, après-ski bar, post, bank, ski rental and ski schools. Also, there are various restaurants offering local dishes.

Ski Info
Altitude Chalet ~1472 m; altitude ski area up to 2750 m; there are 10 ski lifts, including some modern and high-capacity cable cars. Through a ski pass network, the area is connected with the neighbouring Nauders (Austria) as well as Sulden/Ortler, Watles and Trafoi and builds the 2-Countries-Ski-Arena. In total, there are 211 km of ski slopes to choose from. 

Summer Info
Deck chairs and a garden table are available. In summer, too, there is a wide range of activities to choose from; there are numerous walking trails in different levels (from easy to high alpine) in the near surroundings. You can stroll around Lake Haider (Lago della Muta) and Lake Reschen (Lago di Resia). The area around Reschen offers mountain bike trails (you can take the cable car).
