Chalet Val Gardena

Distance to ski area Dolomiti Superski ~1 km. Spacious ski chalet with small sauna and free WiFi, situated in the outer part of Wolkenstein, in the Val Gardena. The chalet was completely renovated for more energy efficiency and equipped with a modern pellet heating system. All bedrooms have a Sat-TV and access to the balcony. On the ground floor is the cosy living and dining area with large panoramic windows and TV. Modern and fully equipped kitchen. The first floor has 2 double rooms and 2 four-bed rooms – all rooms have their own en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, there are one double room and 2 triple rooms. 3 rooms have their own en-suite bathroom. One triple room has a washbasin; there is a bathroom on the floor. Bed length generally 2 meters. In the basement there is the ski room and a pantry. A part of the ground floor is not accessible for the tenant.
Daily fresh bread rolls included (except Sundays); as well as coffee, tea and spices.

Distance to the village centre of Wolkenstein ~ 1.5 km. The picturesque holiday village has shops, restaurants, après-ski bars, supermarket, bank, ski school, ski rental, child-care, ice-skating rink and indoor climbing hall. Included in the rental price: daily entrance to the swimming center Mar Dolomit in St. Ulrich as well as the use of the public transport and the ski shuttle (subject to change without notice).

The Saslong-cable car & world cup run, which is the starting point to the famous Sellaronda is approx. 1 km away and can be reached by a ski trail (not prepared; on your own risk). Good skiers can ski back to the chalet via a free ride run (no official ski slope, not marked or prepared; use at own risk). The ski bus stop-/bus stop and a restaurant are approx. 300 m away. The chairlift to the cross country ski centre of Monte Pana/Alpe de Suisi is about two km from the chalet.

In total, the whole ski area Dolomiti Superski has 1.200 km of ski slopes. The ski area Val Gardena - Dolomiti Superski has 175 km of ski slopes and countless amazing ski tours and is part of the ski circle Sella Ronda, a ski slope round trip that goes via four mountain passes round the Sella massif and has 26 km in total. There are easy and medium slopes completely connected with modern ski lifts. Big snow park Val Gardena am Piz Sella. The region offers ~115 km of cross-country ski runs in Langental, at Monte Pana and Seiser Alm as well as winter hiking tracks and snow shoe trails.

The chalet has garden furniture, reclining chairs, outdoor BBQ and table tennis facility.
Not only in winter but also in spring, summer and autumn the Val Gardena (Grödnertal) is a very attractive holiday region, in the middle of Dolomite Alps. Wolkenstein is a very good starting point for walks and hiking tours, bike and mountain bike tours, you can do a round trip or excursions to the cities Brixen and Bozen. The whole landscape is beautiful for a relaxing holiday, there are smaller mountain lakes, breathtaking panoramic views and excellent food.
