The new exclusive luxury chalet with open fireplace, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and free WiFi is located at Kronplatz, approx. 1 km from the Olang valley station. The chalet has a living area of 500 m² and can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. This exceptional three-storey chalet impresses with its elegant and high-quality furnishings.

Ground floor: Spacious spa area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, relaxation room, two sensory showers and a heated infinity whirlpool with a view of the garden. Also in-house home cinema room.

1st floor: Here you will find 6 bedrooms with large box-spring beds (200x210cm) and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a magnificent view and direct access to the terrace and garden. Also on this floor is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

2nd floor: On this floor, next to the entrance area with cloakroom and WC, is the large open-plan living and dining area with large windows. The open-plan kitchen is equipped to a high standard and features state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. The spacious dining table seats 12 people. The cosy sofa lounge and open fireplace add to the homely atmosphere. Both terraces are accessible from the living area.
On this floor you will also finde a heated ski room with ski boot dryer, bicycle storage and an e-bike charging station. A particular eye-catcher is the walk-in wine cabinet with glass front, where you will find a selection of South Tyrolean and Italian wines (for a fee).

Private parking for up to 4 cars. A charging station for electric cars is available (for a fee).

The village offers a small but excellent selection of restaurants, bars and cafés, as well as various shopping opportunities. Fresh ingredients such as eggs, milk and butter can be bought daily from the nearby farm. Olang is South Tyrol's number one active family village and therefore ideal for families with children. The town of Bruneck is just 15 kilometres away and continues to enchant visitors and locals alike with its numerous local restaurants, fashion shops, various museums and charming old town.
In a stunning panoramic location above Olang, surrounded by meadows and forests, this architectural gem is built by using natural construction methods and is the perfect place for an undisturbed break in nature and an ideal starting point for skiing and hiking holidays.

Just two minutes from the chalet is the Kronplatz valley station, where three private parking spaces await you in the immediate vicinity of the cable car. Put on your comfortable shoes and head to the ski depot with its heated ski lockers, and from there you can go straight onto the slopes. Kronplatz, which stretches between Olang, Bruneck and St. Vigil, is South Tyrol's dream ski resort (Dolomiti Superski ski area). With 121 kilometres of slopes along almost treeless slopes, there are slopes for every level of experience. The state-of-the-art lifts and the culinary delights of the ski huts make every day of skiing unforgettable.
