Chalet Linga Soleil

Distance to ski area Portes du Soleil ~600 m. Comfortable chalet with outdoor jacuzzi, wood-burning stove and free Wi-Fi. This mountain chalet, built in the typical style of the region with a lot of wood, impresses with its high-quality furnishings and a cosy feel-good atmosphere. The spacious chalet is very well-designed and is ideal for larger groups. All eight bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.

The ground floor has two bedrooms: a twin room (90x 200 cm) with bathroom, and a room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) and bathroom. Separate toilet on the floor.
On the 1st floor there is a spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofas and a Scandinavian stove. TV and Bluetooth speakers are available. The kitchen is very well-equipped and on two large tables all 15 people can sit together. From here access to the balcony and covered terrace with outdoor jacuzzi, lounge, deck chairs and garden furniture. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi bathtub.
On the 2nd floor there are four more bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom.
The single beds in the rooms can generally also be put together to form a double bed.

The impressive chalet is located in a beautiful detached position - easily accessible, but also close to nature. At 600 m distance are the slopes and the Linga ski lifts, from where you can start skiing towards Morzine-Avoriaz and the Swiss Les Crosets; besides, the new connection to Super-Châtel is also very good accessible. You are in the heart of the fantastic Portes du Soleil ski area. Free shuttle bus with direction Linga, the village center or the mountain station Pré La Joux in ~80 m.

Various restaurants, small stores and sports shops with ski rental are about 350 m away from the chalet. The vivid village center of Châtel is about 1.8 km away. Here are numerous stores, restaurants, après-ski pubs, 2 ice skating rinks and a new adventure pool; childcare from 2 years.
Please note: The maximum occupancy of the chalet is 15 persons, although the sleeping capacity is higher. Raclette and fondue set on request.

Altitude of the chalet: ~1.150 m, 650 km of ski slopes, 211 lifts and cable cars. Swiss-French ski arena Les Portes du Soleil – altitude up to 2,400 m – with attractive and varied slopes for beginners and connoisseurs as well as experts. A new feature is the uninterrupted ski connection between the two sides of the valley, Super-Châtel and Linga, with connections to the neighbouring resorts and the various ski circuits: a perfect ski area. Wonderful powder snow routes, e.g. to Grand Paradis (ski instructor / mountain guide recommended; at your own risk). Wide, family-friendly slopes around Les Lindarets. Snowboarders enjoy the Smooth Park, Boardercross or the FFS-Halfpipe. In Châtel are a lot of other options for winter activities: e.g. snowshoes trails, ice diving and ice skating.
