Cosy chalet with fireplace and free WiFi just ~200 m from the slopes of Prarion, a gondola station in the popular, versatile ski resort of Les Houches. The Prarion 6-seater gondola lift takes you directly up to an altitude of approx. 1,900 metres. The chalet skilfully combines traditional architecture with modern furnishings.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the other one with 2 single beds (each 80 x 190 cm); as well as an independent bathroom (shower/washbasin/WC). Also on this floor is the spacious living room with exposed ceiling beams, fireplace, dining area and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Access to the terrace and the large garden (~1500m²). Separate WC.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower/washbasin/WC). On this floor there is also a bedroom for the children (bunk bed 80 x 190 cm) which also has an en-suite bathroom (shower/washbasin/WC).
On the 2nd floor there is one further bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom (bath/washbasin/WC).
The Lac des Chavants is located close to the chalet. Distance to the centre of Les Houches approx. 2 km.

Ski Info
Chalet altitude ~1010 m; top of the lifts 3.842 m – Aiguille du Midi. The Les Houches ski area is located in the Chamonix valley, ~7 km from the world capital of skiing and mountaineering. The domain "Les Houches/Saint-Gervais - Prarion/Bellevue (Chamonix)" is part of the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc ski area, which consists of 9 ski resorts with 152 km of pistes and 47 ski lifts. There are over 50 kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails. Good connections between ski resorts by bus or train. From the top of Les Houches ski area, there is an exceptional 360° panorama of the Mont Blanc massif. Lifts are open from approx. end of November until first week of May in the valley's highest ski area of Argentière - Grands Montets. There are spectacular freeride routes but also comfortable ski slopes for the whole family, e.g. in Les Houches or Le Tour.
