Chalet Eole

Well located, traditional chalet with free WiFi, situated only 300 meters from Chamonix centre and 400 metres from the slope and ski lift.
The light-flooded and cosy living and dining area with sofas and decorative central fireplace (not usable) is located on the 1st floor. There is also a piano and a small library. Separate WC. The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped. Large dining table for 8 people. Access to the balcony. On the mezzanine there is a second living area with sofa lounge, TV and DVD player. The 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one room with 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm) and 2 rooms each with a double bed (160 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm) - all with access to the garden. There is also a children's room with a bunk bed (80 x 185 cm). 2 bathrooms and a separate WC are on the floor. Ski room and laundry room. The chalet has a terrace with garden furniture.
The access to the chalet via a steep street. In case of winter conditions, please make sure your vehicle is equipped appropriately (winter tyres / snow chains), a 4×4 vehicle is recommended.

Ski Info
Chalet altitude ~1060 m; top of the lifts 3.842 m – Aiguille du Midi; 152 km ski slopes, 47 ski lifts. The area Brévent/Flégère (Chamonix) is part of the ski area Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, which consists of 9 ski resorts. Good connections between the ski resorts by bus or train. Over 50 kilometres of prepared cross-country skiing trails available. Ski school in ~750 m. The "Vallee Blanche" is a world-famous, breathtaking ski run through a landscape of glaciers (2800 meter of vertical drop, length 20 km; but not marked and a guide is essential). Lifts are open from approx. end of November until first week of May in the valley's highest ski area of Argentière - Grands Montets. There are spectacular freeride routes but also comfortable ski slopes for the whole family, e.g. in Les Houches or Le Tour.
