Chalet Ann

Distance to ski area 3 Vallées ~2.1 km. Unique luxury chalet, completely renovated, with fireplace and free WiFi. The typical stone chalet from the 19th century was extensively renovated with a high-quality and tasteful furnishing. The combination of traditional elements and a modern and stylish interior creates a very special feel-good living atmosphere.
On the ground floor you will find the cosy living room with sofa lounge and fireplace, you can relax in front of the smart TV. Further entertainment is provided by the Sonos smart speaker and a selection of DVDs and board games. Also located on this floor are a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom and another bathroom.
On the 1st floor there is the spacious dining area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy an apéritif at the bar counter with stools. The massive wooden dining table comfortably seats 11. Large panoramic doors lead outside to the balcony, from which you have fantastic views of the mountains.
On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with double bed and mezzanine bed and en-suite bathroom.
Two more bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. These share a bathroom with freestanding bathtub and shower.

The chalet has a garage (only for a small car). In winter, depending on snow conditions, access directly to the chalet may only be possible with a four-wheel drive vehicle. Public parking is available within walking distance of the chalet. This is a semi-detached chalet.

The chalet is located in the quiet and picturesque hamlet "Le Châtelard", with its narrow streets and traditional stone houses. Restaurant ~ 300 m away. The centre of Saint-Martin-de Belleville can be reached in approx. 1.5 km (~3 min by car, ~20 min on foot). Free ski bus (stop in ~150 m; subject to changes). In the charming mountain village with the quaint traditional village centre and the church you will find numerous stores, sports shops/ski rental, a supermarket, après-ski pubs and restaurants.

Chalet altitude ~1,370 m; top of the ski slopes 3,230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; Les 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world. Best connection to the whole area by the 8-person cable car from Saint-Martin. From Le Châtelard you reach the cable car in about 2.1 km with the car. Free parking right next to the gondola. The valley descent to Saint Martin de Belleville is a blue, perfectly groomed slope and therefore also suitable for inexperienced skiers. There are several ski schools in the village. Skiing is possible from the end of November to the beginning of May (Val Thorens area).
Le Châtelard is an ideal starting point for ski tourers, snowshoe hikers and cross-country skiers. A few meters from the front door begins the popular ski touring route to the mountain villages of Teton and Lachat.
