Distance to ski area 3 Vallées ~150 m. Magnificent chalet located next to the ski slope (approx. 150 m), with sauna, fireplace and free WiFi. The chalet is situated in the picturesque mountain village of Les Ménuires-Bettaix, which is directly connected to the world’s largest ski area Trois Vallées by the chair lift and by ski slope.
Alpenchalets guests in Les Menuires & St. Martin de Belleville - 3 Vallées can benefit from exclusive ski pass discounts on the public rates. You can order the passes until 10 days prior to arrival. Please find here the ski pass reduction details
Tout était parfait.
Nice chalet on a perfect location! Beautiful view and only 150 m walking to ski-lift towards 'La Croisette'! Big enough for 12 persons.
Maybe a suggestion for the future: install a washing machine and provide a roll of toilet paper on every toilet ;)
Hello there,
The chalet is very well designed and ideally located. The facilities are commensurate with the price. The large bay window offers a beautiful view of the area.
The additional services are quite poor. This is in complete disproportion to the chalet. The cleaning was superficial, we found a tissue under the pillow, cigarette butts in the ashtray, dirt under the armchairs, dirty crockery in the cupboards,...
You must collect the keys from the chalet before arriving (10-15min by car). You are asked to pay for the cleaning, sheets, cot... the various options when you haven't even seen the chalet yet. Then they give you the cots, high chair, sheets, towels... which you have to carry yourself to the chalet. By definition, if we take the options (chairs, cot, etc.) it's because we don't have room in the car. So you have to go back and forth to bring the rented equipment to the chalet when we had just driven several hours to get there!
The sheets are hired from a village laundry and you have to collect them and bring them back at the end of your stay... even in a UCPA centre the sheets are in your room when you arrive!
The rental management is simply not up to scratch... a pity given the chalet's potential.

Chalet well located close to the slopes and comfortable. However, we did not find the chalet as clean as we had hoped. Also the shower mixer in room 4 was not working - not nice to notice when showering!
translated from FrenchThe chalet is well situated with all the necessary comforts, one may regret a washing machine, and a demonstration of the house on arrival. It's a bit of a discovery and a pain in the ass. I would have liked the raclette and fondue sets to be provided but no, they were an additional service that was kindly offered to us. The most negative point is the bed linen service. No document specifies the procedure to follow and therefore imposes a return trip to the dry cleaners once the accommodation has been recovered without sheets, inevitably. Once the sheets have been collected, some are missing and the account is not good, so we are obliged to cobble together some correct bedding. In view of the price of the service and its quality, take your own sheets.
