Situated on the piste, depending on the exact situation of the chalet 1-3 minutes on foot. Access to the complete ski area 3 Vallées. Skiing from and back to the accommodtion possible. The apartments are luxurious and comfortably furnished. They have 3 bedrooms and a double sofa-bed as well as two bathrooms, of which one is an en-suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms.

The centre of Les Ménuires can easily be reached with the Preyerand lift, which is also working in the evening.

Next shopping possibilities at ~400-500 m, next restaurant at ~300-600 m. Skibus free of charge.

Chalet altitude ~1.800 m; top of the ski slopes 3.230 m with glaciers; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts. Skiing from approx. end of November until beginning of May (area Val Thorens, distance approx. 10 min by car) possible. There are several ski schools in Les Ménuires.
