The light-flooded living and dining area with large panoramic windows and access to the terrace is located on the ground floor of the chalet. The cosy sofa area with Sat-TV and electric fireplace is the perfect place to relax in the evening. A well-equipped open-plan kitchen invites you to spend cooking evenings together. The dining table seats 5 people comfortably. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with box spring beds and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and WC.
On the upper floor, you will find another double room with box spring beds and a sofa bed for one person. The large bathroom with rain shower and WC has a freestanding bathtub, two infrared benches and a lounging area with panoramic views. Access to the balcony from the bathroom. Each bathroom has a make-up mirror, hairdryer and a radio with WiFi and Bluetooth. There is a Sat-TV in all bedrooms and in the large bathroom. The balcony and terrace are equipped with radiant heaters.

There are free car parking spaces at the chalet. Furthermore, a charging station for electric cars and a charging station for e-bikes are available (free of charge; shared use). A ski and boot depot as well as a bicycle storage room are also available for shared use. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the small washing room (for a fee).

The chalet is situated in a panoramic location just above the centre of Sölden. The centre is approx. 5 minutes away by car; in winter the ski bus also runs here (free of charge, bus stop approx. 30 m). In summer, you can reach the centre in ~20 minutes on foot. There you will find grocery shops, bakeries, restaurants, après-ski pubs, nightlife and much more.

The Panorama Alm - Après Ski & Restaurant is within walking distance. Here you can enjoy Tyrolean specialities and enjoy the après-ski atmosphere at the end of an eventful day's skiing. On the sun terrace you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains (current opening hours 11:00 - 21:00 from Dec - Apr & June - Sept).

Chalet altitude 1500 m; top of the ski slopes 3,340 m, with glacier. 144.2 km of alpine slopes, 1.9 km of ski routes and 31 lifts are available. The chalet is located directly on the slope - the valley runs no. 21 and 22 lead to the Giggijochbahn valley station, which takes you to the centre of the top ski area of Sölden. Skiing from October to May. Slopes of all levels of difficulty. Great gastronomic offer, many events. Ski school and ski hire ~ 1.5 km from the valley station. There are winter hiking trails, toboggan run and cross-country ski trail within walking distance.
