Distance to ski area Flachau-Wagrain-St. Johann ~400 m. Exclusive, newly built, comfortable chalet featuring a sauna , fireplace , and free Wi-Fi in the Snow Space Salzburg ski area (Flachau-Wagrain-St. Johann). Part of a small chalet village; located approximately 400 m from the ski slope leading to the Achterjet gondola. Skiing back to the chalet is possible (subject to snow conditions; not a marked or groomed slope; at your own risk).

The heart of the chalet is the spacious living and dining area on the first floor. Gourmet enthusiasts will delight in the kitchen, which is open to the living area. A selection of premium teas is provided free of charge. The dining area comfortably seats four people. You can unwind and enjoy the evening in the cozy living area, featuring a sofa and a fireplace. There is access to a balcony with a magnificent view.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each featuring its own TV, an en-suite bathroom (with rain shower or bathtub), and a separate toilet. The spa area offers pure relaxation, complete with a sauna, rain shower, and a large relaxation lounger by the fireplace. Sauna towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge; a weekly exchange is available upon request at no extra cost. The entrance area also houses a private ski boot dryer and a dedicated space for skis.

A garage parking space is available free of charge. Additional outdoor parking spaces are located in front of the chalets. A shared ski room, accessible only via a code, is located in the garage. A washing machine and a tumble dryer (for a fee) are available in the resort's laundry room.
Upon request, the following services can be provided by external partners (not by Alpenchalets): breakfast and fresh bread roll delivery, additional garage parking spaces (approx. €8 per day), and airport transfers.

The center of Flachau, as well as various restaurants, après-ski bars, and nightlife venues, are just a few steps away. The nearest grocery store is about a 15-minute walk away.

Chalet altitude ~900 m; ski area altitude up to 1,980 m. Snow Space Salzburg ski area—a joint ski area serving the towns of Flachau, Wagrain, and St. Johann—features 115 km of slopes, 5 km of ski routes, and 43 lifts. It is part of the Ski amadé network, comprising five of Austria's top ski regions. The nearest red slope leads to the top station of the 'Achterjet' 8-seater gondola, which provides direct access to the ski area. The ski school and ski rental shop are located at the Achterjet valley station, approximately a 3-minute walk away. Winter hiking trails, a toboggan run, and a cross-country ski track are all within easy walking distance. Therme Amadé is a ~10-minute drive away.

Summer Info
The chalet features a small terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal grill (summer only). Hiking, cycling, and mountain biking trails, as well as running and Nordic walking routes, pass right by the chalet. Flachau is home to six sports schools offering activities such as rafting, canyoning, climbing, horseback riding, mountain carting, and much more. The Flachau Summer Card (valid approx. June–September) is included for stays of two nights or more; it offers free activities such as guided hikes, beach volleyball, soccer, archery, fitness programs, and more. Two swimming lakes (free admission) are located nearby (approx. 4–5 km), and an outdoor pool is about 6 km away. A tennis court is approximately 500 m away, and a golf course is about 10 km away.
In summer, a stay of 3 nights or more is possible.
