Enjoy an exclusive luxury chalet located in the Snow Space Salzburg ski area (Flachau–Wagrain–St. Johann). The chalet is part of a charming, small chalet village and is situated approximately 400 metres from the ski slope leading to the Achterjet gondola lift. Depending on snow conditions, it is possible to ski back to the chalet (please note: this is not a marked or groomed slope and is used at your own risk).
The chalet features a stylish interior with high-quality wooden furnishings and a modern Alpine design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious open-plan living and dining area on the first floor is the heart of the chalet. With its fully equipped open kitchen.
A complimentary selection of premium teas is provided for guests. The dining area comfortably seats six people, while the cosy lounge with a sofa and fireplace is the perfect place to unwind after an active day. From here, you have direct access to the balcony, offering beautiful panoramic views.
On the ground floor, you will find three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own TV, en-suite bathroom (featuring either a rain shower or a bathtub), and a separate toilet. The private spa area invites you to relax with its sauna, rain shower, and a spacious relaxation lounger by the fireplace. Sauna towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge, with one complimentary exchange per week available upon request. The entrance area also includes a private ski boot dryer and dedicated ski storage.
One garage parking space is included free of charge. Additional outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the chalets. Guests also have access to a shared, code-protected ski storage room located in the garage. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the resort’s laundry room for an additional fee.
Upon request, the following services can be arranged through external providers (not operated by Alpenchalets): breakfast and fresh bread delivery service, additional garage parking (approximately €8 per day), and airport transfers.
The centre of Flachau, along with a variety of restaurants, après-ski bars, and nightlife venues, is just a short walk away. The nearest grocery store is approximately a 15-minute walk from the chalet.

Altitude Chalet ~900. the Snow Space Salzburg ski area reaches up to 1,980 m. Snow Space Salzburg combines the resorts of Flachau, Wagrain, and St. Johann, offering 115 km of ski slopes, 5 km of ski routes, and 43 lifts. It is also part of Ski amadé, one of Austria’s largest interconnected ski networks, comprising five premier ski regions. The nearest red ski run leads to the Achterjet 8-person gondola lift, providing direct access to the ski area. The ski school and ski rental shop are located at the valley station of the Achterjet gondola, approximately a 3-minute walk from the chalet. Winter hiking trails, a toboggan run, and cross-country ski trails are all within easy walking distance. Therme Amadé spa is approximately 10 minutes away by car.

The chalet features a small terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue (available during the summer season only).
Hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking routes, as well as running and Nordic walking paths pass directly by the chalet. Flachau is home to six outdoor activity schools offering a wide range of adventures, including rafting, canyoning, climbing, horse riding, mountain carting, and much more. The Flachau Summer Card is included for stays of 2 nights or more (approximately June to September) and offers a variety of complimentary activities such as guided hikes, beach volleyball, football, archery, fitness programmes, and more. Two natural swimming lakes with free admission are located approximately 4–5 km away, while the public outdoor swimming pool is about 6 km from the chalet. A tennis court is approximately 500 m away, and the nearest golf course is around 10 km away.
