With magnificent south-west views over the Cochet mountain and the Encombres valley, this property preserves a typically Savoyard architecture with picturesque charm, made of wood, stone and slate. All 5 bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.

On the entrance floor is the spacious living area, which is the ideal place to spend time together, whether around the dining table or lounging in the living room, where a two-sided stone fireplace can be enjoyed. The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with the added benefit of a wine fridge and bar area. You can also admire the breathtaking mountain views from the living room's large panoramic windows. On this floor, you'll find a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub, and three bedrooms with each 2 twin beds (which can be moved closer together) and its own bathroom - two with shower and one with tub.
On the 1st floor, you'll find a bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together) and its en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a mezzanine with a TV area, perfect for children.

You will also have access to a shared games room on the ground floor of the residence, with table football, darts, billiards and air hockey. For the sporty ones, you will also have access to the communal gym.

This duplex apartment is ideally located, around a 400-metre walk to the ski lift. There is also a free shuttle bus running nearby (stop ~100 m). The lovely village centre of Saint-Martin, with its picturesque traditional centre around the church and its narrow streets, with friendly pubs and restaurants, numerous shops, sports shops/ski rental, a bakery and a supermarket is approx. 350 m away.

Chalet altitude ~1,350 m; top of the ski slopes 3,230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; several ski lifts at 3,000 m, like at the glacier Peclet-Polset or the famous Cime de Caron. Les 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world. Access to the whole area by the cable car of Saint-Martin. The slope to Saint Martin de Belleville is a blue, groomed slope and therefore also suitable for inexperienced skiers. There are several ski schools in the village. Skiing from approx. end of November until beginning of May (area Val Thorens) possible.
