Hinterglemm is the higher and quieter part of the famous double village Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The Glemmtal is located southwest of Salzburg in Pinzgau, Austria. The slopes and lifts in the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn are perfectly connected. The runs end just at the next lift, so that extensive and varied round trips on skis are possible. The central location of Hinterglemm between Saalbach and Fieberbrunn makes it the ideal starting point to discover the entire ski area. The resort was host village of the World Ski Championships, the competitions took place at the Zwölferkogel. It offers a lot of opportunities for both skiers and freeriders.
