The open-plan living and dining area with sofa and armchairs is located on the ground floor. After an active day in the mountains, it's the perfect place to relax by the brightly blazing open fire as well as to access the ground floor balcony. The modern kitchen with granite counter tops is fully equipped, including an induction hob, built-in microwave and oven, and Nespresso coffee machine (with a supply of capsules included). The dining table seats 4 people comfortably. The entrance area has a wardrobe with seating area and space for your ski equipment.
The upper floor provides two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), its own flat-screen TV and adjoining bathroom. One room also has access to the first-floor balcony.

The centre of Davos, the popular and vibrant "City of the Alps", is approx. 300 - 400 m away, with numerous shops, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, bars, a casino, clubs, and ski and mountain-bike rental outlets. The nearest supermarket is ~350 m. The Bus stop is ~250 m.

Altitude chalet 1,560 m; altitude ski area up to 2,844 m. The Parsenn ski area with around 96 km of pistes and 18 lifts is the largest of the 5 interconnected ski areas in the Davos Klosters Mountains. Here you will find slopes of all levels - from wonderful wide runs to sporty ski routes. The longest run in the region, at 12 kilometres, is also located in Parsenn and runs from the Weissfluh summit to Küblis. The Rhaetian Railway takes you back to Davos. The skilift system, which takes you directly to the Parsenn ski area, is about 450 m away. Ski schools in ~450 m. For small children, there is also a beginner area (with lessons available by arrangement) at the Bunda ski hill, approx. 600 m from the chalet. In total, the Davos Klosters Mountains offer 253 kilometres of pistes, 81 slopes and 44 lifts in 5 winter sports areas. The other ski areas Jakobshorn, Pischa, Rinerhorn, Schatzalp and Klosters-Madrisa are easily accessible via ski bus or by train (fare is included in the Regio-Skipass). Toboggan run from Schatzalp down to Davos-Platz. Indoor ice-skating rink and indoor pool. A large and well-maintained network of groomed cross-country ski trails are also accessible, approx. 50 m from the chalet. Altogether, the region offers ~110 km of cross-country ski trails.

Chalet Silberbirch is the ideal place to relax and revitalise. A large garden surrounds the chalet, with various outdoor seating options. A vast number of spectacular hiking and mountain-biking trails that extend across multiple valleys in the area, can be easily accessed directly from the chalet. In addition to the Davos 18-hole alpine golf course (approx. 1 km from the chalet), there are numerous other world-class golf courses, such as Arosa, St. Moritz, Klosters, Lenzerheide, Alvaneu, within a short drive. The Davos Lake, offering a beach club with volleyball, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, sup-boarding, and café, is reachable by foot (approx. 2 km).
