Distance to ski area Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Fieberbrunn ~0 m.Comfortable and very well-equipped chalet in a secluded location directly on the slopes, with sauna, hot tub, fireplace and free Wi-Fi. The chalet is perfectly located in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area on the slopes leading to the Spieleck cable car. The breathtaking panoramic view over the Glemm Valley and the traditional construction with old wood create a special atmosphere of this chalet, that is surrounded by forests and meadows.

On the ground floor of this spacious chalet is the cosy living room (with sofa bed) with fireplace and dining area. Dining table for 8 people. Very well-equipped open-plan kitchen with steamer, ice cube maker and coffee machine. A tea assortment is available (free of charge). On the same floor is the wellness area with sauna for 8 people and rain shower. Direct access from the ski room to the slopes. After skiing, you can relax on the terrace in the hot tub (wooden tub, heated with wood) and enjoy the magnificent view.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). All double rooms have en-suite bathrooms with rain shower and washbasin and separate toilets. TV in each bedroom (Smart TV with Astra & Hotbird Sat). An 60" Smart-TV with Dolby Surround System and a Blu-ray player (also possible for DVD's or CD's) are in the living room. Also, an iPhone-Dockingstation.
Bathrobes and towels are provided (one a week, free of charge).
2 pets are allowed in the chalet (free of charge / please inform when booking).

After skiing, you can enjoy après-ski in the nearby Wallegg Alm or you can have simple meals delivered (extra costs apply).

Access to the chalet
The chalet is directly accessible by car, depending on the snow conditions snow chains are required.

Occupancy with 10 persons possible (on request). In spring/summer/autumn: price reduction possible for occupancy with fewer persons, children, teenagers (on request).

Ski Info
Altitude chalet ~ 1500 m, ski area up to 2,096 m. The chalet is located directly on the slope leading to the Spieleckbahn. The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn has 270 km of pistes and 70 ski lifts. Skiing at the highest level with runs of all levels of difficulty. Also carving or freeride trails are available as well as floodlight slopes.

Summer Info
The chalet offers a terrace with sunbathing area, deck chairs and outdoor grill. Various mountain bike routes lead directly past the chalet. Numerous bathing lakes and swimming pools can be discovered in summer. 18-hole golf course in Zell am See. You can sail and surf on Lake Zell. Free use of the regional bus and other attractions and cable cars with the JokerCard, which is included from mid-May to mid-October.
