Distance to ski area Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Fieberbrunn ~300 m. Modern chalet, built in 2017 with fireplace, sauna and free WiFi, situated in the top ski area of Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Fieberbrunn. Freeride skiing back to the chalet is possible – about 300 m from the slope crossing. A welcome basket with local products is provided on arrival. On the ground floor is the open living / dining area with spacious seating bench and dining table. Automatic fire place (with pellets). Very well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. On the same floor is a bedroom with a bunk bed (80 x 190) and a separate toilet. On the first floor are two double bedrooms (180 x 200), both created with visible beams at the ceiling and pine elements on the wall. Direct access to the balcony with beautiful views over the mountains. All bedrooms have their own TV. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub, a rain shower and a sauna (with infrared option). There is a ski room in the neighbouring chalet. On the panoramic terrace, you can relax after skiing.
This chalet is a complete holiday home, which can be occupied by up to six people. The two identical neighbouring chalets are also rented (total occupancy up to 18 pers.). Wallbox (shared use).
Distance to the centre of Leogang ~ 1500 m. The versatile ski and holiday resort Leogang has various shops, après-ski pubs, bank, post office, ski rental and ski schools.

Ski Info
Altitude chalet ~ 850 m, altitude ski area up to 2,096 m. Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn glacier, up to 3,029 m (about 30 minutes by car). The next ski slope is approx. 300 m away, it is part of the top ski resort Leogang Saalbach-Hinterglemm Fieberbrunn. There are 270 km of slopes and 70 lifts. The region offers around 12 km of cross-country ski trails. The cross-country ski trail leads past the chalet.

Summer Info
The chalet has garden furniture and a beautiful panoramic terrace. Leogang has a lot to offer in the summer, especially the varied hiking and mountain biking tours attract visitors. So there are e.g. Over 720 km of mountain bike trails. There is a bike room in the neighbouring chalet. In summer, you can also benefit from the Löwen-Alpin Card (included) with a wide range of special offers.
