Breakfast in the chalet: every day a freshly prepared breakfast is brought to your chalet, consisting of regional products and other delights. A tea assortment is provided. Prepare delicious coffee with the exclusive NIVONA coffee machine.
The cozy living and dining area with open fireplace is located on the basic floor. The open kitchen is fully equipped. A selection of soft drinks, beers, wine and sparkling wine is available (surcharge). A blender, raclette and fondue set can be borrowed free of charge on site. At the dining table five people can comfortably sit. In the living area there is a daybed (120 x 200 cm) as well as a flat-screen Smart-TV. Besides, you will find an Ipad with Sonos sound system, a suitepad with current newspapers and games as well as a game collection with board games in the chalet.
The first level provides the master bedroom with flat-screen Smart-TV, free-standing bathtub and stunning views of the mountains. Access to the balcony. There is also another bedroom with bunk beds (80 x 190 cm). Bathroom on this level.
Relax in the Finnish sauna or the outdoor hot pot on the terrace, which is filled with warm mountain spring water. Bathrobes and towels are provided free of charge. The sauna area has a sink, a spa shower and a separate toilet.
Enjoy the nature on the spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and a luxury LaKra barbecue tray. Binoculars are also at your disposal. On request, there is a fitness set (consisting of compact dumbbell set and yoga mat).
The center of Bach with supermarket, restaurants, ski and mountain bike rental is about 2.5 km. The nearest restaurant is ~200 meters away.

Jöchelspitze up to 1.800 m, ski area Ski Arlberg up to 2.811 m. To the valley station of the new and ultra-modern 8-person gondola lift Jöchelspitze ~350 m, descent with ski to the chalet possible (up to ~50 m; no official piste, at your own risk). The family ski area Jöchelspitze - Bach offers skiing pleasure with 5 km of slopes, 2 lifts, wide slopes and panoramic views.
Access into the ski area 'Ski Arlberg' in Warth, distance ~23 km. Perfect connection to the ski area with a total of 303 km of slopes, 88 lifts, 200 km of ski routes. The largest contiguous ski area in Austria consists of the areas St. Anton / St. Christoph / Stuben / Lech / Zürs / Warth / Schröcken.
The ski pass 'Ski Arlberg' is also valid for the ski resort Jöchelspitze - Bach (subject to change without notice). Ski bus stop to Warth at the valley Jöchelspitzbahn. In the nature park region Tiroler Lechtal you can expect numerous snowshoe trails, cross-country trails (about 190 km) and winter hiking trails.
Snowshoes incl. poles can be rented on site.
summer infoThe chalet has a private sun terrace with garden furniture and a luxury LaKra barbecue tray. The newly created natural swimming lake invites you to cool off (shared use). On the yoga platform you can practice and relax with a wonderful panoramic view. The nature park region Lechtal offers numerous activities in summer in the middle of beautiful nature. From hiking and cycling to mountaineering, climbing, paragliding or kayaking. The Lechtal Aktiv Card offers free and discounted offers from June to October. Incl. Free hiking bus.
