Distance to ski area Dolomiti Superski ~20 m. New luxury design chalet in a ski-in/ski-out location in the Carezza ski area, part of Dolomiti Superski – Val di Fassa / Carezza. The spacious holiday home with a living area of 450 m² and a 1,100 m² garden is located in the holiday village of Carezza / Karersee, with beautiful panoramic views of Rosengarten and Latemar. It features a private panoramic spa with sauna and whirlpool, a traditional Tyrolean lounge with a fireplace, a separate lounge/bar area with Sonos multi-room audio system, several terraces as well as free Wi-Fi.

The chalet extends over 3 floors and is divided into two main areas, which are connected via the ground-floor living area and the upper-floor bedroom area. It is therefore very well suited for families or groups that travel together and at the same time wish to have private retreat areas.

On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with a large double bed, as well as two further bedrooms, each with French double beds. These are complemented by a modern, spacious bathroom and a second smaller bathroom. From the sleeping area, you enter directly into the wellness area, which is also connected to two bedrooms via a large sunny balcony. The facilities of the panoramic spa include a Finnish sauna/bio sauna with additional infrared function, a jacuzzi for 3 people, a relaxation area with mountain views, a reading corner and a large shower.
On the ground floor, there is another room with a pull-out sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area. Directly next to it is the cosy traditional Tyrolean living room with another dining area, cosy fireplace and large sofa. In addition, there is a separate lounge area with a home bar and a large selection of high-quality local wines (for a fee), as well as a large Smart-TV and Sonos multi-room audio system.
In the chalet's basement, there is another room with a double bed and two single beds equipped with an exterior window (via a light well), a large bathroom with washing machine and dryer as well as a hobby room with kitchenette. It is therefore ideal as a separate retreat for teenagers, grandparents or accompanying guests. Next door, there is another hobby / multi-purpose room with sofa, suitable for activities such as yoga, Pilates or board games. There is also a ski room for storing skis, snowboards and ski boots. From the road, there is access to a spacious underground garage with 5 parking spaces, which is connected to the chalet basement.

There are two sun terraces in the outdoor area. One terrace is equipped with a dining table for 8 people, gas barbecue and pizza oven (year-round); the second panoramic terrace offers a fire pit and space for up to 10 people and is ideal for sunny hours with views of the Dolomites.

Carezza is located amid the impressive Dolomites scenery between the Rosengarten massif (Gruppo del Catinaccio) and Latemar. The chalet is situated in a quiet and residential part of the village. The nearest restaurant is about 300 m away, a supermarket about 1.5 km away. The idyllic Lake Carezza (Lago di Carezza) is around 3.5 km away. The nearest railway station is in Bolzano, approx. 30 km from the chalet; from there, it is possible to travel by public bus or taxi.

Chalet altitude: ~1,700 m, Carezza Dolomites ski area up to 2,337 m. The Carezza ski area is part of Dolomiti Superski and lies in a wonderful panoramic location between Rosengarten and Latemar. It offers around 40 km of slopes with predominantly blue and red runs and is therefore particularly well suited for families, leisure skiers and mixed groups. The range is complemented by black piste sections, a snow park, tobogganing opportunities, winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails.

Summer Info
In summer, the region is an attractive destination for hikers, mountaineers and mountain bikers. Popular excursion destinations include the Kölner Hütte (Rifugio Fronza alle Coronelle), the Paolina Hut, the Rotwand Hut and the alpine pastures around the Karer Pass. Especially worth mentioning is the beautiful Lake Carezza (Lago di Carezza). Hiking trails and mountain tours start in the immediate proximity of the chalet. Via ferrata routes and alpine tours in the Rosengarten and Latemar area are also within easy reach. The nearby Carezza golf course lies in an impressive high-altitude location at approx. 1,680 m and offers an exceptional experience with panoramic views of the Dolomites.
