Spacious and charming luxury chalet with fireplace, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and free WiFi. This unique chalet was built in a traditional mountain style with wood and stone and offers a high-quality interior with great attention to detail.

On the first floor, the large, bright living/dining room welcomes you with sofas around the cosy fireplace; for entertainment, there are board games, a small library and a TV (flat screen) available.
The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is ideal for gourmet evenings with family or friends. It is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a smoothie maker. Bar counter with stools. The dining table can seat 14 people comfortably. Access to the large terrace (40 m²) with table, outdoor sofas and barbecue; lawn. Bathroom with shower/WC on the floor.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each and access to the balcony. There is also a quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. On this floor there is a bathroom with a large bathtub, shower and WC.
On the ground floor: you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as a walk-through room with bunk bed and pull-out bed (2 pers). Bathroom with shower, separate WC. Fitness room with fitness equipment. After a nice day on the slopes, you can relax perfectly in the sauna (6 pers.) or in the outdoor jacuzzi (5 pers.) on the terrace. There are sofas and deck chairs outside from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and nature. There is also a spacious ski room with ski boot dryer.

The chalet is located in a quiet area, about 1 km from the centre of Champagny-en-Vanoise. 2 private parking spaces are available in front of the chalet and more in the immediate vicinity. The Champagny-La Plagne ski area, the gondola lift and the ESF ski school are ~2 km away; accessible by car or the free ski bus (stop ~200 m; approx. every 30 minutes). There is free parking at the gondola lift and ski storage. In the centre of Champagny you will find a variety of restaurants, a pizzeria, various shops, a cheese dairy, a cinema, bars, a nightclub and several sports shops/ski rentals. Summer and winter swimming pool with spa 600 m from the chalet.

Ski Info
Chalet Altitude: 1,000 m. Top of the ski slopes 3,250 m with glacier. Champagny is part of the great Paradiski area – composed by La Plagne and Les Arcs – with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts and is connected to the Bellecôte Glacier and Les Arcs via modern express chairlifts. Furthermore, two ski lifts connect the Champagny ski sector to La Plagne-Plagne Centre via the Verdons peak. The ski run back to the resort of Champagny is equipped with snow cannons. Definitely a highlight is the 10 km long ski run from the summit of Roche de Mio back to the village of Champagny, with more than 1.500 m of vertical drop. Deep powder snow runs at the Verdons peak. Children ski lift (free of charge) and ski school area next to the arrival of the Champagny cable car at about 2000 m altitude. There also is the modern Pic-Nic-Chalet with sun terrace. Courchevel, the most famous resort of the Three Vallées is just about approx. 15 min by car from Champagny.

The chalet has two large terraces (40 m²) and a lawn with garden furniture, outdoor sofas, deck chairs and a barbecue.
In Champagny you can experience a wide range of sports activities during the summer, including cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf as well as horse riding or fishing. In high summer, children will enjoy a visit to the adventure course and the public swimming pool. Highlight of your holiday will be the Vanoise National Park with nearly 500 km marked hiking trails. Different walks with alpine flora and fauna are offered.
