Distance to ski area 4 Vallées ~ 0 m. Cosy and friendly ski-in - ski-out chalet with fire place and free WiFi, situated directly on the slope, above the ski resort Nendaz. The red slope (medium) leads you directly to the Tracouet cable car of Nendaz which is perfectly connected to the 4 Vallées ski area with more than 412 km of alpine slopes.
Enjoy the bright and spacious living/dining area with comfortable sofas and the Swedish oven. The large panoramic windows offer stunning views to the Bernese Alps and the Rhone Valley. Access to the terrace. For your entertainment, there is a Flat-screen-TV (with Apple TV) and a high-quality music system available. Modern and fully-equipped kitchen. The dining table can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Entrance area and separate toilet.
On the basement are two bedrooms (2 single beds each), one with TV for DVDs, and another bedroom with bunk beds. A bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet is on this floor. The top floor has a bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite bathroom with double sink, bathtub and toilet. All beds are 2 meters long.
The chalet is situated on the ski slope and only accessible by foot and by ski. From the parking you walk about 200 m upwards via a food path; not cleaned and cleared. Snow shoes "raquettes" are made available at the chalet free of charge, if needed.
Luggage transportation during the ski season: two transfers with a snowcat are included at arrival (at the moment only from 17 h - 19 h). Extra transfers on request for a fee.
Please note: The chalet is recommended for sportive persons (skiers) only.
The distance to the resort centre of Nendaz is about 1.5 km. In the centre you find supermarkets and a wide range of shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants and a bank. The ski school and the child care are located at the Tracouet cable car station.

Chalet altitude 1 550 m; top of the ski slopes 3 330 m at Mt Fort glacier. 412 km of alpine slopes, 92 ski lifts, the largest Swiss ski area. Numerous fantastic freeride runs. From Mont Fort, there is an off-piste route which has 1 600 m of vertical drop, ending in Siviez. Siviez is connected to Nendaz on ski or by the free ski bus. Snowpark with ski cross for skiers and snowboarders. Ski schools for children from 2 years, beginners parks and child care. Sledge run from Tortin to Siviez. Ice skating rink in Nendaz.
