Distance to ski area Reschen / Resia (I) - Nauders (A) ~50 m. Brand new and luxurious Ski In – Ski Out-Chalet in a quiet position with sauna and free WiFi. This chalet impresses by a high-end equipment and an alpine character.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom. Locked area in this part of the chalet is not available for the tenant.
On the first floor is another double bedroom and a bedroom for 4. On the same level is the generous spa area. You can use the sauna either as Finnish sauna or as Bio sauna. There are different sauna scents available in the chalet. After the sauna you can use the cold bath and relax on deck chairs, absorbing the view over the Vinschgau Mountains.
On the second floor is the fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living-/dining area with a table for up to 12 people. Access to the balcony/terrace. On this floor are 2 double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own Sat-TV (flat-screen). Four bedrooms have their own 'en-suite' bathrooms (with shower). Bathrobes and toiletries are provided (free of charges). You can get wine from the wine fridge (for a fee).
On request, a catering service is offered (by external partners, no services from Alpenchalets).
Distance to the village centre approx. 200 m. The village offers supermarket, bakery, après-ski bar, post, bank, ski rental and ski schools. Also, there are various restaurants offering local dishes.

Ski info
Altitude Chalet ~1472 m; altitude ski area up to 2750 m; there are 10 ski lifts, including some modern and high-capacity cable cars. Through a ski pass network, the area is connected with the neighbouring Nauders (Austria) as well as Sulden/Ortler, Watles and Trafoi and build the 2-Countries-Ski-Arena. In total, there are 211 kilometers of ski slopes to choose from.

Summer Info
Deck chairs and a garden table are available. In summer, too, there is a wide range of activities to chose from, there are numerous walking trails in different levels (from easy to high alpine) in the near surroundings. You can stroll around Lake Haider (Lago della Muta) and Lake Reschen (Lago di Resia). The area around Reschen offers mountain bike trails (you can take the cable car).
