The modern apartment house consists of 3 levels and is luxuriously furnished. On the ground floor is the reception and the entrance to the staircase with access to the ski and storage room in the basement. A separate area on the ground floor is not available. In each of the two upper floors is one apartment. Each apartment consists of three bedrooms, all with their own flat screen TV and radio, three bathrooms with hairdryer, a sauna and a spacious and bright living and dining area. Open-plan kitchen with Nespresso Pro-coffee machine (incl. first package) and a selection of Bioteaque-Tea. A special feature is the wine refrigerator with selected wines, sparkling wines and beer (for a fee). The living area with comfortable sofa, open fire place and TV invites you to spend relaxing and lovely evenings together. Direct access to the spacious covered balcony terrace with outdoor-jacuzzi, sun loungers and sitting area. Bathrobes and towels are provided free of charge (1x per week).
On request, the following services can be offered – by external partners – (service not provided by Alpenchalets): breakfast service, catering, daily cleaning of the Chalet.

Two modern cable cars lead up into the ski area Kaltenbach - Hochzillertal/Hochfügen (SKi-optimal) with 85,6 km of slopes, 5,1 km of ski routes and 36 lifts. Skiing at the highest level with slopes of all levels. Gourmets will find an excellent regional cuisine in the ski area (Platzlalm, Kristallhütte, Wedelhütte).
