Distance to ski area Zillertal ~0 m. Spacious and comfortable ski-in - ski-out Chalet with outdoor sauna, open fire place and free wifi. Located in the ski area Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal/ Hochfügen (SKi-optimal), in a quiet position above the centre of Kaltenbach. Access to the prepared valley ski run in ~50 m; the slope (with snow cannons) leads to the cable cars station Hochzillertal.

Unique panoramic view of the Ziller Valley - enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. The modern chalet consists of 2 floors and is very well-equipped. Spacious and bright living and dining area on the upper floor. Open-plan kitchen with Nespresso Pro-coffee machine (incl. first package) and a selection of Bioteaque-Tea. A special feature is the wine refrigerator with selected wines, sparkling wines and beer (for a fee). The dining table can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The living area with comfortable sofa, open fire place and TV invites you to spend relaxing and lovely evenings together.

Direct access to the covered terrace with sitting area, garden and private playground. One of the highlights is the sauna hut in fragrant pine wood – with a nice into nature and the mountains. Bathrobes and towels are provided free of charge. The upper floor offers two bedrooms with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with two basins, shower and toilet. Three bedrooms with double bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as two bathrooms with shower and toilet are on the ground floor. Separate toilet. There is also a heated room for shoes and clothing and a ski room. Large parking area for up to 7 cars.

On request, the following services can be offered – by external partners – (service not provided by Alpenchalets): breakfast service, catering, daily cleaning of the Chalet.

Ski Info
Altitude Chalet ~900 m, top of the ski slopes 2.378 m. Distance to the prepared slope ~50 m. Ski bus stop ~400 m. Distance to the valley station of the cable cars Hochzillertal I and III ~2 km. Two modern cable cars lead up into the ski area Kaltenbach - Hochzillertal/Hochfügen (SKi-optimal) with 85.6 km of slopes, 5.1 km of ski routes and 36 lifts. Skiing at the highest level with slopes of all levels. Gourmets will find an excellent regional cuisine in the ski area (Platzlalm, Kristallhütte, Wedelhütte).

Summer Info
The Chalet provides a covered terrace with garden furniture; a large garden, lawn and private playground. A charcoal grill is provided. The Ziller Valley offers over 800 km routes for Mountain bikers and cyclists. Various swimming lakes and outdoor pools can be explored. Golf club with 18-hole championship course (65 ha). Free use of the regional bus.
During the summer season a stay from 3 nights is possible.
