Enjoy the perfect hillside situation, surrounded by forests and meadows, with a spectacular view to the mountains and the valley.
The traditional Tyrolean architecture and the modern facilities give a very special charm to the Chalet. On the upper floor are two bedrooms with double bed (180x200) and the Master-Bedroom with double bed (180x200), free-standing bath tub, bathroom with shower and WC. Each double room has its own flat-screen TV. Large bathroom with two basins, shower, WC on the same level; as well as the pine-wood sauna where you can relax after a day on the slopes (two options: Finnish and organic). Bathrobes and towels are provided free of charge. The upper floor offers the spacious and bright living and dining area. The stove with glass front and the sitting area create a warm and cosy ambiance. Modern and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with Nespresso Pro-coffee machine (incl. first package) and a selection of Bioteaque-Tea. A special feature is the wine refrigerator with selected wines, sparkling wines and beer (for a fee). The table can comfortably accommodate 7 people. Access to the large panoramic terrace (40m²) with outdoor jacuzzi and deck chairs. Another room with single bed (90x200, slightly sloping ceiling) is on the upper floor. Separate toilet.
On request, the following services can be offered – by external partners – (service not provided by Alpenchalets): breakfast service, catering, daily cleaning of the Chalet.

Altitude Chalet ~900 m, top of the ski slopes 2.377 m. Distance to the prepared slope ~50 m. Ski bus stop ~400 m. Distance to the valley station of the cable cars Hochzillertal I and III ~2 km. Two modern cable cars lead up into the ski area Kaltenbach - Hochzillertal/Hochfügen (SKi-optimal) with 83 km of slopes, 5,1 km of ski routes and 36 lifts. Skiing at the highest level with slopes of all levels. Gourmets will find an excellent regional cuisine in the ski area (Platzlalm, Kristallhütte, Wedelhütte).

The Chalet provides a garden with lawn, sun loungers and barbecue. A small playground can be used; a petting zoo is at the neighbouring farm. The Ziller Valley offers over 800 km routes for Mountain bikers and cyclists. Various swimming lakes and outdoor pools can be explored. Golf club with 18-hole championship course (65 ha).
