It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a sun terrace and a spa area. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser, the Hohe Salve and the Pölven.
The heated changing and ski room with ski boot dryer is located in the basement.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each (200x200), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table for 10 people. From there direct access to the covered terrace.
1st floor: On this floor there is a bedroom with double bed (200x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). In addition, two bedrooms with a double bed each (200x200). There is also a separate bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Furthermore, the spa area is located on this floor: relax in a cozy atmosphere with a sauna, relaxation room, massage shower and direct access to the balcony.

The chalet is located in a quiet spot amidst traditional Tyrolean farms, right at the foot of the panoramic mountain, the Hohe Salve. All important facilities, such as the mountain railways, children's playground, shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity of the chalet. Sports shop, ski rental, ski depot, ski school, practice lift, Salvista Stadl and Ápres Ski are 200 m away from the chalet, at the valley station of the Salvisterbahn. Bus stop 200 m away (free use between Wörgl and Kitzbühel)

Numerous winter and snowshoe hiking trails are waiting for you. The towns of Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau and Kitzbühel can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
