The central, open design fireplace creates a cosy chalet atmosphere. Relax on the comfortable sofas after a great day of skiing. TV and Yamaha sound system available. The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped, the table comfortably seats 8 people.
On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with super king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
There is a garage with 2-3 private parking spaces. There is also a ski locker and ski boot dryer.
The chalet is situated in a panoramic position at the upper edge of the ski village of Saint Martin de Belleville, from here you can start directly into the entire Trois Vallées ski area. At the same time, you live in a cosy village with the quaint traditional village centre around the church and its narrow streets, with inviting après-ski pubs and restaurants. In the village centre there are also numerous shops, sports shops/ski rental and a supermarket.

Chalet altitude ~1,450 m; top of the ski slopes 3,230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; Les 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world. Best connection to the whole area by the 8-person cable car from Saint-Martin. The valley descent to Saint Martin de Belleville is a blue, perfectly groomed slope and therefore also suitable for inexperienced skiers. There are several ski schools in the village. Skiing is possible from the end of November to the beginning of May (Val Thorens area).
