The chalet is part of the car free residential area "Les Chalets de Bellecôte", situated directly on the blue ski slope above the village centre of Vallandry. The chalet offers a stunning panoramic view over the valley. The cosy living room with dining area and the well-equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor. On the lower level are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the sauna and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the upper level. One floor up is another bedroom and a bathroom.

Distance to the village centre of Vallandry where shops, restaurants and ski school are located either via ski or the road (approx. 400 m).

chalet altitude ~1.600m; top of the ski slopes 3.250 m, with glacier; ParadiSki (La Plagne + Les Arcs) 425 km ski slopes, 175 ski lifts. Ski season approx. beginning of December until end of April. The modern cablecar „Vanoise Express“, the connection between Les Arcs and La Plagne, commences in Peisey-Vallandry. There is a famous deep snow slope "Bellocôte north edge" starting at 3.200 m. The cross country skiing centre with approx. 40 km of ski runs is in Nancroix; reachable either by foot or with the ski bus (free of charge). You can also have a ride with a dog- or horse-drawn sleigh or experience a romantic snowshoe hiking (with guide).
