Description

Distance to ski area Chamonix Mont-Blanc ~1600 m. Comfortable chalet with fireplace and free WiFi situated in the quiet district La Frasse. The chalet is spread over 2 floors and furnished with authentic materials such as wood and exposed beams, which create a cosy atmosphere.

On the ground floor there is the spacious living room with sofas around the fireplace. Dining area with large dining table. Separate, well-equipped kitchen. Also on this floor is a bathroom (bath + washbasin) and a separate WC. Access to the terrace and garden with views of the mountain panorama. On the upper floor are all 4 bedrooms - one of the double bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom (washbasin + bath + shower + WC). There are also 2 bathrooms with washbasin + shower + WC.

Distance to the centre of Chamonix ~1.3 km.

Ski Info
Chalet altitude ~1050 m; top of the ski area 3.842 m – Aiguille du Midi; 152 km ski slopes, 47 ski lifts. The area Brévent/Flégère (Chamonix) is part of the ski area Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, which consists of 9 ski resorts. Good connections between the ski resorts by bus or train. Over 50 kilometres of prepared cross-country skiing trails available. Ski school in ~ 1,7 km. The "Vallee Blanche" is a world-famous, breathtaking ski run through a landscape of glaciers (2800 meter of vertical drop, length 20 km; but not marked and a guide is essential). Lifts are open from approx. end of November until first week of May in the valley's highest ski area of Argentière - Grands Montets. There are spectacular freeride routes but also comfortable ski slopes for the whole family, e.g. in Les Houches or Le Tour.
